About me

My name is Konstantinos, and I was born and raised in a village in Crete, Greece.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a sense that there is more to life than what we can see with our eyes. Even as a child, I found myself wondering, “Can this really be all there is?” I have always been drawn towards spirituality, inner exploration and the idea that there are aspects of ourselves and our experience that cannot always be easily explained.

I grew up in a small village on a hill near the sea. The deep blue of the Aegean has stayed with me throughout my life — for me, it represents freedom, imagination, openness and the space to look beyond what is immediately visible.

My journey with energy healing became more focused in 2019, when I attended my first Universal White Time Healing Level 1 course, followed later that year by the Boards of Knowledge 1 and 2. I remember finishing those first courses with a very simple feeling: this is it. Something about these approaches felt deeply familiar to me, and I fell in love with working with them.

Since then, they have gradually become part of my everyday life. For around seven years, I have worked with these practices for myself and, over time, with family, friends and others. They have accompanied me through my own personal development and have played an important part in how I understand myself, my experiences, my direction in life and my place within the wider Universe of which we are all a part.

Over the years, I have continued my training, completing Universal White Time Healing Levels 1–4 and becoming a giver of a number of the Boards and related healing approaches, including the Boards of Knowledge 1–5, the Board of Angels, Angelic Healing with Gemstones, the Absolute Board and the Total Sun Board, alongside other teachings and practices.

I have also been fortunate to learn from great teachers who have supported and guided me at different stages of this journey, including Iro Pothoulaki, my Universal White Time Healing teacher and healer; Yvonne Ritzen, my Boards teacher; and Channie West, with whom I have completed further courses. I remain deeply grateful for what each of them has taught me — not only through the courses themselves, but also through life lessons, encouragement and supportive embraces when life was not particularly pleasant or easy. We’re all human — sometimes life is wonderful, and sometimes… well, not so much!

Today, both my professional life and my spirituality are simply part of who I am. I value knowledge, learning, questioning and evidence, while also leaving space for intuition, spirituality and experiences that may not always have simple explanations.

For me, spirituality is not about separating myself from ordinary life or trying to become something other than human. Quite the opposite. I believe there is something deeply human in being curious — in questioning, learning, adapting and continuing to explore ourselves and the world around us. We do not have to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply remaining open to the questions can lead us towards new ways of understanding ourselves and our place in the world.

I have learned to integrate spirituality into ordinary life — into my work, relationships, challenges, personal growth and the continuous process of discovering who I am.

For me, true spirituality is about living with our feet firmly on the ground, while still allowing ourselves to look beyond what we already know; Thanks Iro.
