Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me. Any personal information you provide when making an enquiry, arranging a session, attending a class or communicating with me will be treated with care, respect and confidentiality.

I only collect the minimum personal information necessary to respond to your enquiry, arrange your session or class, process any necessary administration and communicate with you. I do not sell your personal information, share it for marketing purposes or use it for purposes unrelated to your contact with me.

Anything you choose to share with me during or in relation to your healing session is not recorded or documented anywhere. What you share remains private and will always be treated with the utmost respect, discretion and strict confidentiality. It will not be shared with anyone else without your permission, except where disclosure may be required by law.

I do not keep detailed notes or records about the content of healing sessions. Any personal information that I do need to hold, such as your name, contact details or information relating to a booking or payment, will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, including any legal, financial or administrative requirements. It will then be securely deleted or disposed of.

If you contact me by email, telephone, messaging service, contact form or another online service, some information may remain within that service as part of our correspondence. Where an external service is used for bookings, payments or website functions, that provider may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

You may contact me at any time if you have questions about how your personal information is handled, or if you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold about you.

Your privacy, personal boundaries and confidentiality will always be treated with care, respect and discretion.
